  <p>Information:      William ""Bill"" Theodore Hall, 86, of Kenna passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Eldercare Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness.  He was born March 2, 1934 in Roane County, a son of the late Cyrus S. and Zanna M. Harris Hall.  Williams was a United State Army veteran and retired from True Temper.  He was also the owner of Hall&#39;s Fabric Shop.          He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Loretta Koontz Hall; son Rodney Hall of Kenna and brother Charles Hall of Ripley.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Darrell Hall, Harold Hall, Cyrus Hall, Jr., James Hall and Donald Hall.          Due to the COVID-19 pandemic services at the funeral home will be private.  Graveside service will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2020 at the Duff Cemetery in Kenna.  </p>
