  <p>Information: Thelma Neil Hall, 87, of Ripley died May 14, 1999, in Jackson General Hospital.  She was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and a former operator of Ripley Dairy Queen.  1953-1972.  Surviving: sons, James W. Bryant of Ripley, Charles J. Bryant of Parkersburg; daughters, Jo R. Hall of Grand Ledge, MI, adopted daughter, Jean Parrish of Ripley; brother, Harold Neil of Daytona Beach, FL; eight grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Jennings Bryant; first husband Don Hall; sister, Mabel Grose; and foster daughter, Jessie Sayre.  Service at Epworth United Methodist Church and burial at Pine Hill Cemetery.       </p>
