Information: Madelyn Duke Hall, 65, of Palm Harbor, Fla., died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 1990, at her home. She was the daughter of former Ripley Mayor Gay Duke.  She was born in Charleston WV, and moved to Florida in 1983 from Columbus, Ohio. She was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Tarpon Springs, Florida.  She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Tarpon Springs Garden Club, and Ladies of the Moose Lodge #1429 of Tarpon Springs, Fla.  Survivors include her husband, David T. Hall of Palm Harbor, Fla.; a son, David T. Hall, Jr. of Columbus, Ohio; three daughters, Molly Bland of Columbus, Ohio, Elizabeth Monahan of Worthington, Ohio, and Christine Hall of Oldsmar, Fla.; five grandchildren.  Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 7, 1990, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Tarpon Springs, Fla., followed by burial at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, Fla.  Arrangements were by McCullough Funeral Home, Palm Harbor, Florida.
