  <p>Information: Funeral services for Grover Cleveland Hall, 73, of Ravenswood, former Ripley police chief were held Saturday at First Baptist Church, Ravenswood.  Mr. Hall, who died Thursday at the Veterans Hospital in Hampton, Va., was buried in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Born in Kentucky, he was a World War I and II veteran and was a former trooper at the Ripley Detachment of the West Virginia State Police.  He was a retired businessman and attended First Baptist Church, Ravenswood.  Survivors include two sons, Floyd and John, both of Norfolk; three daughters, Juanita Clevenger of Greenwood, Ind., Thelma Craddock of Marietta, and Geraldine King of Norfolk, Va.; and several grandchildren.</p>
