  <p>Information:      George Herman Hall, 75, of 1405 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV, died January 7, in St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.  He was a retired petroleum engineer at Southeastern Gas Co.   He was a member of Kiwanis, Appalachian Geological Society and National Society of Professional Engineers.  He was a member of St. John&#39;s Episcopal Church.  Surviving:  wife, Mary Hall; son, George Allen of Charleston; mother, Christina Hall of Kenna; sisters, Frances Sheets and Jo Ann Rhodes, both of Ohio; Jane Holly, Delphia Lanham and Virginia Miller, all of Kenna; brothers, James and Michael Hall, both of Kenna.         Memorial services were hed Friday at the Hall Farm, Kenna, with the Rev. William Kirkland officiating.</p>
