Information: Funeral rites were held Tuesday for Freeman HALL, 40 year old brother of C. S. HALL of Kenna, who was instantly killed on Monday in a freak accident while cutting timber on his farm at Otto, Roane County. Investigating authorities said that HALL and his 16 year old son, Freddie Eugene, had cut a tree and as it toppled over it knocked a large limb from another tree nearby and the falling limb crashed down on Hall's head killing him instantly. The funeral services were held at the Otto Advent Christian Church with the Rev. Herbert SPENCER in charge and burial was in the Otto Cemetery. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Roxie HALL, the victim leaves four children, Willadean, Gloria Jane, Freddie Eugene, and Martin, all at home, as well as his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hence HALL of Otto. Five brothers also survivors, including W. R. HALL of Marietta, Ohio, Marvin HALL of Leatherback, WV., C. S. HALL of Kenna, Edward HALL of Otto, and Vear HALL of Akron, Ohio.
