  <p>Information: Funeral services were held Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, for Mrs. Evelyn Mae Hall, 47, Hubbard, O., who died Thursday in a hospital at Youngstown, O., following a long illness.  Mrs. Hall was a former resident of Jackson County.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of Bradford and Osie Hartley Winters, who reside at Evans; and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hubbard.  Surviving are her husband, Charles Hall of Evans; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Miklas, Gerrard, O. and Mrs. Kathleen Roland of Alexandria, Va.; one son, Capt. Charles M. Hall of Indianapolis, Ind.; two brothers, Robert Winters of Ripley and James Winters of Evans; one sister, Mrs. Marie Easter of Ripley; and three grandchildren.  Burial was in the Otterbein Cemetery near Evans.  The Rev. Gerald Sayre officiated at the service.</p>
