  <p>Information: Charles Allan ""Bill"" Hall, 75, of Ravenswood, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 1988, in Jackson General Hospital following an extended illness.  He was born in Meigs County, Ohio, a son of the late Calvin C. and Mary Alice Spahn Hall.  He was a member of the Kaiser and Douglas Church of Christ, Ravenswood, and was retired from the Corps of Engineers following 22 years of service.  He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth A. Orahood of Ravenswood and Sharon E. Kragness of Parkersburg; three sons, Jimmy A. Hall of Ripley, William R. Hall of Chester, Va., and Bob Hall of Ravenswood; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Hall, in 1984; one brother, three half-brothers and two half-sisters.  Services were Saturday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Evangelist Donald Wright officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
