  <p>Information: Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Viola Guthrie, 66, who died in a Spencer hospital Sunday night after an illness of five days, were held Tuesday afternoon at two o&#39;clock in the Mt. Zion Church, with Rev. Howard West officiating, burial was in the Mt. Zion cemetery.  Mrs. Guthrie was born in Roane county, a daughter of the late Otho and Sara Wright Wade.  She was an active member of the Methodist church.  She is survived by four sons, Earl of Reedy, Ervi of Gay, Elra of Parkersburg, and Delmer of Warren, Pa.; and two daughters, Mrs. Ray Miller of Liverpool, and Mrs. Guy Milhoan of Barberton, Ohio.  [Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]</p>
