  <p>Information:      John Edward Groves, 52, of Aurora, CO., died Saturday, Dec. 8, 1990, at his home after a long illness.  He was born Aug. 3, 1938, lin Clio, Roane County, son of Mrs. Opal Groves of Ripley and the late William French Groves.  A veteran of the Vietnam War, he was retired from the U.S. Army.  Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife, Barbara; brothers, Bill of Marietta, OH, Larry, Gene and Robert, all of Ripley; sisters, Zella Fisher of Ripley, Mary Hoselton and Brenda Sheets, both of Ravenswood. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center Chapel with Chaplain (Lt. Col.) William Cheyne offficating.  Burial was in Fort Logan National Cemetery with full military honors.</p>
