  <p>Information: ORLANDO, FLORIDA - Glenva ""Ruth"" Balser, 79, of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Ravenswood, died December 4, 2001, at home.  She was a daughter of the late Carl and Margaret Matthews.  Survivors include Larry and Joan Balser of Orlando, William Balser of Parkersburg, Ronald and Mary Balser of Spencer, Gary and Pamela Balser of Ravenswood and Karen Balser and family of Ripley.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry T. Balser.  A memorial service will be held Friday, April 5, 2002, at 11 a.m. at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with Rev. Darrell Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
