Information: Mrs. Edith Sayre Grimes, of Glastonbury, Conn., formerly of Ravenswood, died at Glastonbury of an extended illness.  Born in Ravenswood, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sayre.  She was a Baptist and had lived in Glastonbury since 1971.  She is survived by three sons, Arthur S. Grimes Sr., of Commanck, N.Y., John F. Grimes, North Wilkesboro, N.C., and Carl E. Grimes, Hampton, Va.; four grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Grimes in 1973.  Graveside serves were held at the Ravenswood Cemetery.
