  <p>Information: Word has been received of the death of Flossie Bell Balser, 79, of Orlando, Florida on Jan. 31 at Mercury Hospital in Orlando, Fla.  Born in Ripley, Oct. 5,1897, she was the daughter of the late George and Mintie Slaughter Braham.  She was a member of the Winters Park Baptist Church.  Surviving:  daughter, Pearl Gilbert of Inverness, Fla.; son, Harry of Ravenswood;; sister, Iva Rhodes of Given; brothers, Cecil of Ravenna, Ohio and Charles of Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Freda, three sisters, four brothers and a half-brother.  Services were held at Winters Park Funeral Home in Orlando, Fla.  Graveside services were at the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Inverness, Fla.</p>
