Information: Airley Jane Greene, 84-year-old widow of the late H. E. ""Jack"" Greene, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Perry Parsons, at Given, early Monday morning after a long illness.  The funeral services were held at the Fairview church Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock with Rev. L. R. Mahoney in charge and burial was in the church cemetery.  The Vail mortuary of Ripley had charge of the funeral plans.  Mrs. Greene was born in Mason county on January 1, 1856, a daughter of Leroy and Annaliza Morrison.  She married Mr. Greene and for many years they lived in the Fairview community where they were the community's most substantial and public spirited citizens.  After the death of her husband she made her home with the daughter where she died.  She is survived by three children, Mrs. Perry Parsons, of Given; Mrs. Samuel D. Stewart, of Canton, Ohio; and Hartford Greene, of Kenna.  [from the Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]
