Information: Beatrice Ann Sallaz Balser, 56, of Rt. 3, Parkersburg, died March 7, 1995 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg.  She was born in Detroit, Mich., Sept. 19, 1938, daughter of Lona Wise Sallaz of Ripley, and the late Hull Foster Sallaz.  She was a member of Fairlawn Baptist Church, Parkersburg.  She worked for Metal Fabrications of Daytona Beach, FL.      Surviving:  her mother, Lona Wise Sallaz; three daughters, Claudette Mercer, Parkersburg, Nancy Bravo, Sandersville GA, Selma Fields, Sandyville; two grandchildren; one sister, Lana Sallaz of San Diego CA.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Joe Sayre. Memorial services were Friday evening at Fairlawn Baptist Church, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Don Yeager officiating.  Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, Parkersburg Center, 3901 Briscoe Road, Parkersburg WV 26101-9916.  Arrangements were by Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
