  <p>Information: Jennifer Zepeda Balliet, 32, of Murphysboro, Illinois, formerly of West Virginia, died Aug. 31, 1988, in Murphysboro.  She was a graduate of Lorain School of Cosmetology, Lorain, Ohio.  She was a former Army sergeant.  She was a graduate of the University of Rochester.  She was a psychotherapist at Southern Illinois School of Medicine.  Surviving:  mother and stepfather, Jeanette and David Davis of Vermillion, Ohio; brothers, Anthony and David Zepada, both of Vermillion, Keith Zepada of Bakersfield, Calif., Jeff Zepeda of Lorain; sister, Tracy Zepeda of Vermillion, Ohio.  She was the granddaughter of the late Delphord Johns of Gay.  Graveside service will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Evans Cemetery, Gay.  Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
