Information: GRADY SERVICE HELD MONDAY - Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Grady, 59, were held from the Independence church on Monday afternoon, with Rev. D. C. Guthrie in charge and burial was made in the church cemetery under the direction of the Parsons Funeral directors of Ripley.  Mrs. Grady died early Sunday morning of a heart attack at her home on Joes Run after being ill only about two hours.  Survivors include the husband, Elda Grady; a son, Carl, of Sandyville; four daughters, Mrs. C. C. Houchen of Williamstown, Mrs. D. C. Deem of Parkersburg, Mrs. Franklin Stevens of Cortland, Ohio and Mrs. Gay Mitchell of Ripley; a sister, Mrs. Jane Simonds of Vienna; two brothers, Milford Parrish of Sandyville and Roscoe Parrish of Greensburg, Ohio and a half-brother, Fred Grady of Wellsburg.
