  <p>Information: Carl Hamilton Grady, 85, of Sandyville, died October 21 at his home following an extended illness.  He was a Christian and retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways as a grader operator.  Surviving:  two son, Elmer and Lloyd, both of Sandyville; two daughters, Dorothy Grady and Hazel Tolley, both of Sandyville; three sisters, Madelyn Houschen of Columbus OH, Leatha Deem of Belfry OH, and Jean Stevens of Portland OH; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchilren; three step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Mount Hope Church of God, Sandyville, with the Rev. Donald Ray Hinzman and the Rev. Creel Kerns officiating.  Parsons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
