  <p>Information: Hancel Edison Ball, 76, of Letart, died Thursday in the Cabell Huntington Hospital after a long illness.  He was born on March 3, 1910 in Boone County, a son of the late Peter Marion and Lilly Ann Miller Ball.  He was a World War II Army veteran and a retired jet attendant for American Visco.  He is survived by his wife, Grace Carmen King Ball; one daughter, Linda Jane Vance of New Haven; one brother, Lesley Ball of Winfield; one sister, Curtie Turley of Nitro; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. William ""Bud"" Hatfield officiating.  Burial will be in the Jackson County Memorial Gardens, Cottageville.  Friends may call at the Casto Funeral Home after 6 p.m. today (Saturday).</p>
