Information: Forest W. Good, son of Virgil Good, was born June 19, 1917 in Roane County, near Gandeeville, and departed this life August 23, 1936, aged 19 years, 2 months and 4 days.  He spent most of his life in Jackson County at the home of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. P. S. Good.  He was united in marriage to Miss Gracie Good, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Good, of Kenna, on February 20, 1936.  This husband was true to his profession and to his faithful companion.  The following relatives survive:  father, mother, wife, one brother, and a host of other friends to mourn their loss.  One sister preceded him in death.  Funeral services were held at the home of E. C. Good by Rev. John D. Hamon, and interment was in the cemetery near Centerview.  He died of diptheria and had been ill for several weeks.  [Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection]
