  <p>Information: Susan Jane Godbey, 76, of Ripley, died June 19, 1993, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after an extended illness.  She was born in Kentuck, a daughter of the late Major and Lillie Counts Skeen.  She was a homemaker.  Surviving are one son, Dwight Godbey of Kenna; eight daughters, Betty Knopp of Liverpool, Melba Counts of Given, Judy Casto and Nellie Parsons, both of Kenna, Donnie Parsons of Spencer, Audrey Legg of Beach City, Ohio, Opal Casto of Navarre, Ohio, and Nancy Jarvis of North Canton, Ohio; 30 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, Desley Godbey and three daughters, Phyllis Godbey, Janet Godbey and Joyce Godbey.  Services were Monday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial in the Skeen Cemetery, Kenna.  (McIntyre)</p>
