Information: GODBEY SERVICE HELD ON MONDAY - Mrs. Lillie May Godbey, 90, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ethel Rogers of Gay, after a long illness.  The funeral service was held at the Vail funeral home here Monday with Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiating and the burial was in the Halbert cemetery.  She was a member of the Advent Christian church.  Born July 17, 1872, in Roane county, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Margaret Randolph Reed.  Surviving her are two sons, Ayward Godbey, Charleston, and Clarence Godbey, Stow, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Bertha Bodkin, Charleston, Mrs. Mary Shannon, Huntington, and Mrs. Rogers of Gay; and a sister, Mrs. Prudie Greenleaf, Parkersburg.  There are 38 grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.         (page 6)  OBITUARY - Lillie Mae Reed Godbey, born June 27, 1872, a daughter of Alvin and Margaret Reed.  She was married to Jackson Godbey on January 27, 1889.  She died on Feb. 2, 1963.  Her husband and five sons preceded her in death, several years ago.  She leaves the following survivors:  5 children, Bertha Bodkins of Charleston, Ethel Rogers of Gay, Mary Shannon of Huntington, Ayward Godbey of Charleston, Clarence Godbey of Stow, Ohio; 1 sister, Mrs. Prudie Greenleaf of Parkersburg; 38 grandchildren, 89 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great-grandchild.  She also leaves a host of relatives and friends.  She was a member of the Elmore Memorial Church of Charleston.
