Information: Robbie Livingston Balis, 47, of Locust Grove GA, passed away October 24, 2012, peacefully at his home surrounded by friends and family.  He was born July 29, 1965 to Earl L. and Shirley Balis of Ravenswood WV.  He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Celia; sons, Tyler and Brock, and daughter, Madison; his father, Earl L. Balis; brother, Earl Balis II of Ravenswood and sisters, Deborah Hazlett and Stacy Balis Call of Point Pleasant WV.  There will be a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012, at the Church of the Nazarene, 1108 Gallatin Street, Ravenswood WV.
