  <p>Information: Mabel Gibson, 86, of Charleston, died Dec. 21, 1994, at Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.  She was a resident of Charleston for 65 years.  Surviving:  son, James S. of Murfreesboro TN; brothers, Benjamin Webster Skeen of Winfield, Raymond Skeen of Cottageville; sister, Marie Skeen of Evans; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Graveside service and burial were Friday at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Robert Lett officiating.  Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, was in charge of arrangements.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Heart Association, 211 35th St., S. E. Charleston WV 25304 or American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Rockville MD.</p>
