  <p>Information: Nettie E. Cooper Gibbons, 107, of Ohio Valley Health Care, died in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, following a brief illness.  She was The Jackson Herald&#39;s oldest subscriber and was a life-long reader of the newspaper.  She was born Feb. 23, 1880, in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Artemas and Sarah Rake Cooper.  She was a member of the Marrtown Road Church of Christ.  She is the last surviving member of her immediate family.  She is survived by one son, Clyde Gibbons of Parkersburg; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one son, and several brothers and sisters.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.</p>
