  <p>Information: SANDYVILLE - Stephen Quentin Baldwin, 37, of Sandyville, died July 21, 1998 in San Jose, California after a sudden illness.  He was the son of Howard L. Baldwin and Flora Inez Baldwin, both of Sandyville.  He was a truck driver.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by daughters, Stephanie Diane Baldwin and Sarah Dawn Baldwin, both of Ravenswood; brothers, Howard L. Baldwin, Jr. of Mineral Wells and Gary Dean Baldwin of Ravenswood; sister, Gloria Diane Johnson of Ravenswood; two nephews and one niece.  Services were Saturday, July 25, 1998 at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Paul Morrison and Rev. Lawrence Conger, Jr. officiating.  Burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
