Information:      Mattie V. Geho      Mattie V. Geho, 86, of Williamstown, formerly of Grantsville, died Wednesday in Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.      She was born in Fairplain, a daughter of the late George W. Gandee and Josephine Parsons Gandee.  She was a housewife.      She is survived by one son, Russell Speel, Jr., of Evans; three daughters, Geneva Price of Gay, Anna Louise Clayton of Weirton and Phyllis Givens of Williamstown; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.      Services were 11 a.m. at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.
