  <p>Information: Funeral services for George Washinton Garrett, 83,  who died at a Huntington hospital, were held in that city and burial followed in a cemetery there.  Mr. Garrett was a retired Chesapeake and Ohio railroad employee and formerly had lived in Jackson and Roane counties.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of Wiley and Jane Wolfe Garrett.  He was a Mason, Methodist and Odd Fellow.  He is survived by four sons, G.W. Jr., Spencer, Pleas, Dunbar; W.C. Coopers Creek and Ray, Huntington.  Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Martin, Dunbar and Mrs. Blanche Reed of Charleston; a brother, O.L. Garrett of Dunbar, 18 grandchilddren and 23 great-grandchildren.</p>
