  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Elma Fay Baldwin, 74, of Ripley, died June 6, 2004, at Jackson General Hospital.  She was born January 11, 1930, in Roane County, a daughter of the late Lonnie Seabolt and Sarah Zetta Criner Seabolt.  She was a homemaker and a former employee of Sloan&#39;s Department Store of Dunbar.  She was a wonderful mother and wife.  She was preceded in death by her husband John Henry Baldwin.  She is survived by sons:  John K. Baldwin of Amherst, Ohio and Danny L. Baldwin of Ripley; daughter, Susan E. Ware of Charleston; three brothers, Lonnie D. Seabolt of Hobart, Indiana, Ray (Tip) Seabolt of Nitro and Richard Seabolt of Falling Rock WV; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, on Thursday, June 10, 2004, at noon.  Friends will be received one hour prior to service.</p>
