  <p>Information:      KENNA - Reba Faye Garnes Gandee, 73, of Kenna passed away January 7, 2004 at her home following a long illness.  She was born April 18, 1930, at Kenna, a daughter of the late James Perry and Orie Cleek Gandee.  She was also preceded in death by one sister, Gaye Hatcher; and two brothers, Herman and Basil Gandee.  She was a homemaker and a member of Stonelick Church.  Surviving are her husband, Shelby of Kenna; six sons and their wives, Terry and Leona, Teddy and Mary Ann and Tracy and Kathy, all of Kenna, Tommy and Nancy of Ripley, Tony and Kenda of Leesville, La., Timmy and Connie of Gretna, La.; a sister, Virginia Carnell of Kenna; 14 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.  Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan 10, at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastors Mark Siers and Brian Bussey officiating.  Burial will be in Stonelick Cemetery.  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.</p>
