Obituary Date: 1934-05-31

Information: Orvell Odell Garnes, son of Robert M. and Iva Garnes, was born November 16, 1933, and departed this life May 20, 1934; age six months and three days. He is survived by his father and mother, four brothers---Leroy, Maywood, James and Delmer, one sister, Belva, one grandmother, one grandfather and a number of other relatives and friends. After a long illness and all that could be done by the hands of father and mother, he was given up to the Maker, who gaveth his being into this world and who said, ""Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of heaven."" Oh, father and mother, why should we weep when the weary one rests in the bosom of Jesus supreme, in the mansion of rest prepared for the blest, for ""Death is only a Dream."" --------Written by a friend.
