  <p>Information:      Relda Summers Gandee. 82, of Kenna, died Wednesday, December 6, 2000 at Ravenswood Care Center, Ravenswood, following a long illness.         She was born April 6, 1918 at Kettle, Roane County, a daughter of the late Giles Lewis and Margaret Pauley Summers.  She was a member of the Grasslick Baptist Church, worked in the Credit Department of Montgomery Wards, a Homemaker and a member of Kenna Grange.         She is survived by her husband, Basil E. Gandee of Kenna; sons: Michael Giles Buckley of Canton, Ohio, James Gandee of Geneva-On-The-Lake, Ohio, Clement Gandee of Ashtbula, Ohio, daughters:  Betty Kerns of Kenna, Edith Stalnaker of Graly, Ga., Donna Jones of Waveland, MS., Wilda Karl, Maryland; one sister:  Velva Holstein of Ann Marion, VA.  Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild.         Funeral service wll be Sunday, December 10, 2000 at 2:00 P.M. at Parsons-Waybright Funera Home with Reverend Charles Bolin and Rev. S.R. Parsos, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Stonelick Cemetery, Kenna, WV.  Friends may call Saturday 2-4 and 6-8 at the funeral home.  Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home of Ripley is in charge of arrangements.</p>
