  <p>Information:      The Rev. James Herman Gandee, 61, of Kenna, died Saturday in Memorial Division of CAMC, after a short illness.  He was born Sept. 25, 1919, a son of the late James Perry and Ora Ellen Cleek Gandee.  He was minister of Tupper Valley Baptist Church and a member of Kenna Grange.  He was a retired employee of Libby-Owens-Ford Glass Company with 35 years of service.  Surviving:  wife, Doris Skeen Gandee; daughters, Mrs. Sandra Valders of Wingate, N.C. and Mrs. Denna Bovaird of Oviedo, Fla.; brother, Basil Gandee of Kenna; sisters, Mrs. Gay Hatcher, Mrs. Reva Garnes, Mrs. Virginia Carnell, all of Kenna; five grandchildren.  Service was held Tuesday in Parsons Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bobby Leonard officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery, Kentuck.  NOTE:  Herman was a graduate of Ripley High School Class of 1940. </p>
