  <p>Information: Samuel Virgil Gallagher, 49, of Ravenswood, died Sunday at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, from an apparent heart attack.  He was born in Noble County, Ohio, a son of the late Virgil Gallagher and Pauline Stevens Gallagher Carr of Ravenswood.  He was a member of the Kaiser-Douglas Church of Christ and a U. S. Navy veteran.  He was a furnace operator with Kaiser with 27 years of service.  He worked in casting in the safety department.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Jean Crow Gallagher; one son, Alan Gallagher of Hampton, Va.; one daughter, Jill Gallagher of Vienna; one brother, Clayton Gallagher of Rand; one daughter-in-law, Debbie Luther Gallagher of Hampton, Va.; two grandsons, Andrew and Jonathon Gallagher.  Service was Tuesday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenwood.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
