  <p>Information:   Charles Junior Fultz, 59, Cottageville, died May 8, 1994 at his home after a brief illness.      He was born in Cottageville, a son of Charles E. and Bessie Mae Parsons Fultz of Cottageville.  He was a farmer and former employee of Mallable Iron, Point Pleasant.  He was a member of the United Steelworkers Union.      Surviving in addition to his parents are a daughter, Patricia Rollins of Pt. Pleasant; brothers: Grover Fultz, Eddie Joe Fultz and Jim Fultz, all of Cottageville, Robert Fultz of New Philadelphia, OH, Raymond Fultz of Pt. Pleasant and Harry Fultz of Evans; sister: Lillie Dillon of Strasburg, OH.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.      Services were Tuesday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Herman Jordan and the Rev. Kenneth Durst officviating.  Burial was in Cherry Grove Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
