  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE--Bessie Mae Fultz, 82, of Cottageville, Jackson County, WV, departed this life on July 18, 1997, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Pt. Pleasant, WV, after an extended illness.  She was born March 17, 1915, at Ripley, a daughter of the late David and Dollie (Bennett) Parsons.  She was a homemaker and a Protestant.    She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles E. Fultz; sons, James, Joe and Grover of Cottageville, Raymond of Pt. Pleasant, Bobby of New Philadelphia, OH, Harry Lee of Evans; daughter, Lillian Dillon of Wooster, OH; sisters, Wanda Lee Henry of Apple Grove and Mary Jane Thornton of Gallipolis, OH; 14 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.    She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Junior Fultz, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.    Funeral services were Monday, July 21, 1997, at 2:00 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Herman Jordan and the Rev. Kenneth Durst officiating.  Burial was in the Cherry Grove Cemetery, Cottageville.</p>
