  <p>Information: Dr. Steven Lynn Fullmer, 48, of Morgantown, formerly of Cottageville, departed this life, August 21, 1998 at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, following an extended illness.  He was born March 30, 1950 at Morgantown, a son of Stanley Glenn and Dolores Marie Bundorf Fullmer of Cottageville.  He was a graduate of West Virginia University where he received a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Psychology.  He also received a Master&#39;s Degree in Psychology and a Doctorate of Education Degree from West Virginia University. He was an employee for the Research and Technology Center at West Virginia University.  In addition to his parents, othe survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Colleen and Gregory Exline of Ravenswood; nephew, Scott Exline of Ravenswood; niece, Kyla R. Exline of Ravenswood.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Elizabeth Fullmer; maternal grandparents, Scott and Olive Bundorf.  Service was held Monday, August 24, 1998 at Hastings Funeral Home, Morgantown.  Burial in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
