  <p>Information: Herman Lewis Full, 53, of Leroy, died Monday, June 10, 2002.  He was born June 18, 1948, in Jackson County, the son of the late Hubert Lewis and Audra Zelma Brown Full.  He was a member of the Ravenswood Church of God and was a former Wirt County Commissioner.  He was a dairy farmer for 40 years and the manager for Sarah Fulls&#39; Traveling Ministry.  He is survived by his wife, Lena Full of Leroy; daughters, Mendy Kemp and husband David of Belleville, Jessica Jarrett and husband James of Ravenswood and Sarah Beth Full of Leroy; one sister, Jo Ann Bumgarner of Palestine WV; and three grandchildren, J. T. and McKayla Kemp, and Logan Jarrett.  Funeral services were held Friday at the Ravenswood Church of God, with the Rev. Tom Deane and the Rev. Carl Mann officiating.  Burial in Center Valley Cemetery in Pee Wee WV.  Arrangements by Vail Funeral Home of Ripley.</p>
