Information: RIPLEY - Edward Lee Freshour, 72, of Ripley, died Sept. 5, 1995, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, after a short illness.  He was owner and operator of Freshour Painting and Repair, and former owner and operator of Ripley Taxi and Sandyville Auto Parts.  He was a member of Hickory Grove Church, Kenna.  Surviving:  wife, Cecelia ""Syble"" Hill; sons, Nelson of Kenna, Dexter of Millwood, Norman of Fort Knox, Ky. Melvin of Fort Campbell, Ky.; daughters, Connie Jones of Daleville, Ala., Dianna Kay of Millwood, Lisa Moore of Cottageville, Cathy Barr of Evans; brothers, Fred and Earnest Freshour, both of Kenna; sisters, Velma Miller of Charleston, Geneva Rawlings of Ripley; 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.  Service will be Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Kenna, with the Rev. Creel Kerns officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.  Friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday at the church.
