Information:   Services for Mrs. Ruby Jane French, 82, of Ripley, was at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Basil Hensley officiating.  Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  She died Wednesday at the Jackson General Hospital after a long illness.   She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Wesley and Eliza Pringle Lewis.  She attended the Pleasant HIll United Methodist Church.   She is survived by her husband, Leal French; a son, Owens, of Ripley; a daughter, Miss Marie French, of Charleston; a brother, Fred of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Hannings of Ripley, and Mrs. Velma McKown, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a grandchild.
