Information:   Muhrl Freidlein, 72, of Walker, died Monday morning in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, following a long illness.   She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late William and Essie Barlow Lockhart.  She was a Methodist.   She is survivied by her husband, Vernon H.; son, Walter L. Friedlein of Virginia Beach, Va.; daughters, Ann Easterbrook of Staunton, Va., and Jean F. Zipperer of Richmond, Va.; brother, William Lockhart of Parkersburg; sisters, Inez King of Parkersburg and Marie Wharton of Gainesville, Fla.; and five grandchildren.   A service was held in the Ogdin Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Robert Stanley officiating.  A graveside service was held in Greenwood Memorial Gardens, Richmond,Va., with the Rev. Steven Tuell officiating.
