Information:   Services were held for Gay C. Frashier, 67, of Ripley who died Monday enroute to work of an apparent heart attack.   He was principal at the Aplin Grade School and had recently stated on an intention slip submitted to Supt. Rob Roy Walter that this had been the best year he had ever had.  He was looking forward to returning to the school as principal next year.   Born in Jackson County, he was a son of the late James and Annie Myrtle Bridwell Frashier, and was a former Jackson County school teacher.   Survivors include his wife. Mrs. Violet Talbott Frashier; three sons, Melvin C. Parkersburg, Gay Frashier, Gay and Jim of Ripley; one daughter, Mrs. Betty Buck, Ripley; one brother, Herschel, Ravenswood; three sisters, Mrs. Doris Virginia Sayre, Ripley, Mrs. Blanche Houchen, Parkersburg and Mrs. Edna Harpold, Weston; seven grandchildren.   Burial was in Jackson Memory Gardens at Cottageville.
