Information:   Mrs. Ethel A. Franklin, 82, of Rt. 2, Waverly, died in the Brookover Rest Home, Follansbee, Sunday evening.   Born in Ravenswood, she was a daughter of the late George and Martha Archer Alexander, and was a member of the Waverly United Methodist Church.   Survivors include her husband, John B. Franklin, two sons, Lloyd, Quaker Hill, Conn., and Virgil, Follansbee; two daughters, Mrs. Inez Wingrove, Piedmont, O., and Mrs. Evelyn Childers, Follansbee; and one sister, Mrs. Lucy Custer, Marietta; three brother, Charley, Alliance, O., Pat, Deland, Fla., and Ray Alexander, Ravenswood; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.   The funeral services were held at the Waverly UM Church.  The Rev. Hoyt Taylor officiated.  Burial was in the East Lawn Memorial Park.
