Information:   Hubert Francis, 76 a retired farmer, died yesterday at his home at Duncan, Jackson County.   He was born Dec. 26, 1893, son of Rueben and Theodocia Davis Francis and was a veteran of the First World War, having served six months in France with the U. S. Army.  He was a charter member of Sandyville Post No. 3488, Veterans of Foreign Wars.   Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florelle Brown Francis; three sons: Lee Francis, Decatur, GA., Mart Francis, Sandyville and Ray Franics, Duncan; and eight grandchildren.   Services were held at Meadowdale Baptist Church with the Rev. C.A. Bayne and the Rev. Vairle C. Winter officiated.  Burial was in the Meadowdale Cemetery.   Chambers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
