  <p>Information: Mrs. Jessie M. Baker, 101, of Sun City, Ariz., formerly of Spencer, died Saturday at the Valley View Hospital in Sun City, Ariz., after an extended illness.  She was born in Ripley, a daughter of the late B. F. and Virginia Taylor Riley.  She was a Presbyterian by faith, and a charter member of the Spencer Mother&#39;s Club.  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary B. Davis of Sun City, Ariz.; four grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Baker, and by a son, Clay Baker.  Services will be conducted today (Wednesday), 11:30 a.m. at the Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Robert T. Coit, officiating.  Entombment will be in the Spencer mausoleum.</p>
