Information:   George Franklin Fowler, 53, of Ravenswood died Monday in Montgomery Memorial Hospital after a long illness.   He was born in Buckhannon, a son of Lois Snyder Fowler of Buckhannon and the late Howard Franklin Fowler.  He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and was a retired employee of Kaiser Aluminum with 20 years' service.  He was a member of the Ravenswood Church of God.   Surviving: wife, Joan Hobbs Fowler; daughter: Carol Fowler of Ravenswood; sons; Timothy with U. S. Navy station in Trenton, CO., Jeffrey with U. S. Navy stationed in Norfolk, VA.; mother: Mrs. Lois Snyder Fowler of Buckhannon; sister: Mrs. Joann Makin of Talmadge, OH., brothers: Don, Bill and David all of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Natalie Renee Fowler.   He was preceded in death by his father, Howard, and a sister, Wanda.   Service was held at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Emmett Adkins officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.
