  <p>Information:   Orpha Ruble Allen Forshey, 84 died Sunday afternoon at the home of her son, Ray E. Allen of Vienna.      She was born in Wood County, daughter of the late James and Martha Stephens Ruble.  She was a member of the 14th Avenue Gospel Mission.      She is survived by her husband: Samuel Forshey of Indianapolis, IN., two sons: Willliam Glenn Allen of Cartersville, GA., Ray E. Allen of Vienna; one daughter: Mary V. Carmichael of Ravenswood; two sisters: Alva Reeder and Norma Eaton Caldwell both of Parkersburg; 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.      She was preceded in death by her first husband: William Earl Allen in 1977 and by seven brothers and three sisters.      Services were at Franklin Funeral Chapel, Parkersburg with the Rev. Hayward Gribble officiating.  Burial was in Big Tygart Cemetery, Wood County.</p>
