  <p>Information:   Mrs. Mary M. Fordyce, 80, 4412 17th Ave., died yesterday afternoon at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, following an extended illness.      Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late David and Rebecca Dowler. She had lived in Wood County the greater part of her life.      Surviviors include two sons, Robert Fordyce, Jr., of Mineral Wells and Delbert Fordyce of Parkersburg; four daughters: Mrs. Garnett Allman and Mrs. Freda Ayers, both of Parkersburg, Mrs. Mildred Saunders of Spencer and Mrs. Elaine Barton of Pettyville; three brothers, Arthur Dowler of Belpre, Andy Dowler of Slate and Cleve Dowler of Kanawha; one sister Mrs. Pearl Clegg of Parkersburg; 34 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.      She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Fordyce, in 1967; one son, two daughters and three sisters.      Leavitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.  The funeral was pending, no burial place listed.</p>
