  <p>Information:   Donald Thompas Ford II, 25, Charleston, was found dead in his car, said Sgt. Dallas Staples of the Charleston Police Deptartment.      The body was sent to the State Medical Examiner&#39;s Office, Stapels said.  Foul play is not suspected, he said.      He was an employee of H. T. Hall Co, and Robin Lanes Bowlings.      Surviving: mother and stepfather, Mildred and Ted Bledsoe of Charleston; father, Donald T. Jr. of Columbus, OH; sister, Denise Bledsoe of Creston, OH; brothers, Kevin Ford of Hilton Head, S.C.; Tim Bledsoe of Louisville, Ky.; grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Denna Koontz of Kenna, Mrs. Mary Ford of New Philadelphia, OH,, Mrs. Icie Bledsoe of Ivydale.      Services was at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Frank Goff officiating.  Burial was in Koontz Cemetery, Kenna</p>
