Information:   Donald Thompas Ford II, 25, Charleston, was found dead in his car, said Sgt. Dallas Staples of the Charleston Police Deptartment.   The body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office, Stapels said.  Foul play is not suspected, he said.   He was an employee of H. T. Hall Co, and Robin Lanes Bowlings.   Surviving: mother and stepfather, Mildred and Ted Bledsoe of Charleston; father, Donald T. Jr. of Columbus, OH; sister, Denise Bledsoe of Creston, OH; brothers, Kevin Ford of Hilton Head, S.C.; Tim Bledsoe of Louisville, Ky.; grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Denna Koontz of Kenna, Mrs. Mary Ford of New Philadelphia, OH,, Mrs. Icie Bledsoe of Ivydale.   Services was at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Frank Goff officiating.  Burial was in Koontz Cemetery, Kenna
