  <p>Information: Della K. Foglesong, 70, of Spencer, until recently owner and operator of the Bowser Store in Spencer, died Wednesday morning in Gordon Memorial Hospital at Spencer.  A native of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Maddox Foglesong, and was a retired farmer.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emma Shouldis Foglesong; three sons, Nolan and Roy Foglesong of Spencer, and H. F. Foglesong of Lancaster, Ohio; seven brothers, C. C. and C. E. and Thomas G., all of Akron, Ohio, Marvin Foglesong of Long Beach, California, and L. M. Foglesong of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Rayburn of Akron, Ohio and Mrs. Ica Arnold of Dayton, Ohio; and six grandchildren.  One daughter preceded him in death.  Services were held at the Harmony Baptist Church by Rev. Gordon L. Withers and interment was in the Gandee Cemetery at Harmony.</p>
